Established in 1998, Dongguan Shengyang is located in Guangdong, China. We started from a small mold shop to a factory with full services of mold design and making, plastic part molding, Sodick wire-cutting, painting, pad printing and other machining services and finished product assembly.
We are an ISO 9001:2000-certified professional mold manufacturer specializing in plastic injection molds, die casting molds and metal stamping dies. We house more than 500 employees and four production lines in our two factories covering 8,000 square meters. We have a full in-house design team, engineering department, tooling center, plastic injection molding department, wire-cutting room, CNC machining center, financial department, administration and human resource department, quality department, PMC department, painting and pad printing department as well as a assembly department and warehouse. Consequently, we have a monthly production of 15,000 inverters per month.
Our R&D team has an average five years' experience that can design and offer a sample within 30 to 90 days. We have five engineers for our electrical products, three engineers for mold design and research and finally, two engineers for plastic products.
Our products are mini and high-efficient using high-frequency power inverters with the transformation rate going above 85%. We also use MCU from Microchip of the US to offer high-stability as well as pure sine wave inclusion with built-in maximum power point tracking solar charging controllers. In addition, we have 20 QC staff with two to eight years' experience that is allocated to two to three staff per production line.
